Write up on Outreach

On the 27th December 2020, an online forum and discourse by Kelab Bunga Raya was organized on the title Mental Health: The Silent Battles. This programme was directed towards dismantling Stigmas about mental health and highlighting effective channels for those who may be suffering in silent particularly in light of current global pandemic. The panelists included Dr. Trang Tan (psychologist from the UK), Dr. Haniff Abdullah (Malaysian psychiatrist) and Miss Shalini (Outreach Director) representing Befrienders Penang.
